All vehicle listings must be accurate and truthful. Misrepresentation of vehicles is prohibited. Dealers are responsible for ensuring their listings comply with UK consumer protection laws.

4. Pay-Per-Lead Model

Dealers using our pay-per-lead model agree to pay for qualified leads generated through our platform. A qualified lead is defined as a phone call lasting 30 seconds or more. Billing occurs automatically per qualified call.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers should conduct proper due diligence before purchasing vehicles. We recommend viewing vehicles in person and conducting appropriate checks. We are not responsible for the condition or accuracy of vehicles listed by dealers.

6. Prohibited Activities

Prohibited activities include: fraudulent listings, spam, unauthorized access, interference with platform operations, and any activity that violates UK law.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of this platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data in accordance with GDPR requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform or from vehicle transactions between buyers and dealers.
